The Market Response Representative (MRR) is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads generated through Stream Hatchet’s marketing channels. Acting as the first human connection for potential clients, the MRR ensures timely, informed, and personalized communication that reflects the brand and moves qualified prospects toward the sales pipeline.
This sales role is critical in connecting marketing performance with business outcomes by ensuring all inbound leads are handled effectively, data is logged accurately in HubSpot, and feedback loops are maintained between Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
Candidates should bring an understanding of the gaming, creator, or influencer marketing landscape and be comfortable communicating Stream Hatchet’s value proposition to agencies, brands, and tech partners.
Requirements
Strong understanding of the gaming/live streaming industry is preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems like Hubspot/ Salesforce is a MUST.
2+ years of sales experience or similar roles
Excellent communication skills in English.
Respond promptly and professionally to warm inbound leads from forms, events, content downloads, or campaign responses.
Conduct light discovery to assess prospect needs, company type, and level of interest.
Personalize communication based on lead source, campaign engagement, or prior activity.
Transition qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive or sales channel, ensuring clarity and speed in handoff.
Maintain a deep understanding of Stream Hatchet’s data solutions, creator community tools, and managed services.
CRM & HubSpot Management
Log all inbound interactions, notes, and next steps in HubSpot with precision and consistency.
Ensure lead source attribution, campaign tagging, and workflow automation are correctly applied.
Partner with Marketing Ops to optimize lead scoring, automation, and routing logic.
Monitor CRM dashboards to ensure SLAs for lead response time are consistently met.
Support marketing event follow-up (webinars, conferences, panels, sponsorships) by engaging attendees post-event.
Coordinate campaign-specific outreach efforts (e.g., demo signups, gated content, awards, or product updates).
Maintain accurate tracking for event and campaign outcomes within HubSpot.
Share regular insights with Product Marketing and Demand Gen teams on lead quality, campaign resonance, and message clarity.
Identify recurring questions, objections, or patterns from leads to improve marketing content and messaging.
Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaign performance and inbound conversion trends.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Social teams to ensure inbound leads receive consistent messaging and follow-up.
Participate in marketing stand-ups to share frontline insights and opportunities for lead nurturing improvement.
